However, when drugs are used wrongly or excessively, they become harmful and can cause serious health problems. This improper use of drugs is known as drug abuse.

Drug abuse is a major social and health problem affecting individuals, families, and society.

Meaning of Drugs

Drugs are substances used for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or relief of diseases and medical conditions.
